It's ready for some serious boost, and some serious power. Either installed in a single setup or in a dual setup when one isn´t enough. It´s designed with an oversized 50 mm valve, we believe this is the largest valve available with the highest flow capacity for an atmospheric blow-off valve.
Easy to connect to your intake with either the 50mm (2") hose connection or with V-Band, available with both options.
The Nuke Performance Blow Off Valves are available with either a V-band connection, where both the needed lightweight aluminum clamp and the aluminum weldable flange are included. If you prefer, the hose connection version suits a common 2" (50mm) silicon hose, easy to install without the need for welding and custom manufacturing.
The Nuke Performance Blow Off Valve V-Band Connection is delivered with both clamp and flange for easy and trouble-free assembly.
The blow off valve from Nuke Performance is delivered including an aluminum weld flange for easy attachment to 2.5 - 3" aluminum piping. It is also delivered with a matching lightweight and secure V-Bands clamp with a stainless steel bolt and inserts. Sealed with an O-ring, this installation is easy, trouble-free, and with long durability. If needed, we also have the weld-on flange available in a stainless steel version that is used for stainless steel, or steel intake tubes.

The Nuke Performance Blow Off Valve 50 mm V-Band comes with a setup spring preinstalled, the 0.35-0.50 BAR spring is the most common and popular spring and is used by most of our customers.
0.50 - 0.75 bar (7.25 - 10.9 PSI): Additional BLACK SPRING (Part #: 900-01-104)
0.35 - 0.50 bar (5.07 - 7.25 PSI): Premounted BLUE SPRING (Part #: 900-01-103)
0.00 - 0.35 bar (0.00 - 5.07 PSI): Additional WHITE SPRING (Part #: 900-01-102)
To find out which spring suits your build the best, you measure the engine vacuum at idle and with the engine at operating temperature. It is easy to swap the setup spring when needed, you only need a 5mm hex key.
Delivered with a 6mm pneufit quick connect fitting.
The blow off valves from Nuke Performance have a preinstalled over-dimensioned 1/4" pneufit quick connect fitting for a 6mm hard tube. Used to connect the blow off valve to the inlet manifold vacuum. Additional tube and barb fittings are available as accessories.

How does the Nuke Performance Blow Off Valve sound in action?
We believe that the Nuke Performance atmospheric 50mm blow off valve is one of the best-sounding blow off valves in the world, so we asked our friend and driver Mårten Stångberg to record it in action installed in his drift-spec 860whp, 975wnm, Mercedes CLK M104 Turbo.
What is the purpose of a blow-off valve, and how does it work?
A blow off valve is actually a Pressure release valve that releases turbo pressure / boost when the throttle plate is closed. While the turbo is still spinning and creating pressure, a wave of pressure will travel back to the turbocharger when the throttle closes, this will result in the compressor wheel stalling the “compressor surge” and slowing it down very quickly.
A blow off valve mounts in between the turbo and the throttle and is connected to the vacuum
A well-dimensioned blow off valve increases the turbo´s lifespan and is necessary for its functionality
This is hard on the bearings and decreases the turbo´s lifespan, it will also take a longer time for the turbo compressor to spin up the next time the throttle opens and the turbo will not be able to deliver maximal boost as quickly as possible.
