Fenix Toyota JZX100, Jzx110, jzs171 Full Alloy Performance Intercooler kit

I ordered this intercooler kit. Took 1 month to arrive 7/01/25 - 6/02/2025. During this time I tried to contact them 5 times, via email (2 email addresses), text and phonecall simply to get an update on my order. I was on my way to file a chargeback through my bank.
The kit is good, works well, good fitment, but I noticed it doesn't have the metal lobe welded to the intercooler pipe on the vertical pipe, intake side of the engine, which bolts to the chassis (through the sway bar bracket) like the Greddy kit has. It doesn't need it but i like the security. To be fair this kit includes 1 more pipe than the Greddy to replace the oem rubber pipe, which makes the engine bay look way cleaner. The score I left reflects the customer service, not the kit.
